The Mini-Cam HD Pipe Inspection Crawler System is a premium, survey-grade CCTV platform delivering genuine 1080p Full HD from camera to recording.

Unlike systems that combine HD components with a standard-definition inspection platform, Mini-Cam's HD system is purpose-built for Full HD throughout. The camera, crawler, cable reel and control unit work together as a complete 1080p inspection system, delivering exceptional image quality for detailed pipeline condition assessment and professional reporting.

Designed for pipework from DN140–DN600 as standard, the system can be configured with additional cradle equipment for larger-diameter inspections up to DN1050.

Genuine Full HD – From Camera to Recording

Image quality matters when identifying fine cracks, joint defects, infiltration, corrosion and other pipeline issues.

The Mini-Cam HD platform records in true 1920 × 1080 resolution, giving operators significantly greater visual detail when carrying out high-level condition surveys.

This is not a standard-definition crawler with an upgraded display. The CAM090-HD camera, CRP140-HD crawler, ACR350-HD reel and MCU312 HD control unit form a dedicated end-to-end HD inspection platform.
