Question:
How do i set up / programme my Piusi Cube 70 MC
Just have a customer setting up 2 x of these on his laptop – asking him for “product key” …….maybe a 16? digit number?
Could you kindly help me here?
Also does he have to load programme twice for 2 x Cubes?
Answer:
Individual product key number is located on the back of the USB drive as per the attached photo.
Each software installation can run 16 pumps on the one key.
So if a customer has two or more sites but the one office person is going to manage the data from both pumps then one software key will handle that.
If however each site wants to manage their own data they need two software keys.
Question
How do I set up / programme the red key fobs on Piusi Cube 70 MC?
Answer
Ok its done at the pump.
He enters the manager pin which should be 1234.
Scroll through to system but don’t push enter.
Hold down the # key and press 1.
That should then say “unit name”
Then enter passed everything till it says “ touch system key”
Touch it on and will then go back to system.
Next time it should recognise the key and allow access to manager side.
