Ripsaw Blue Standard #6.0 rotating nozzle for hydro boring excavation - 20 lpm @ 200 bar (3000 psi)
Dig faster - save water
Designed and engineered for the rugged Hydro-Excavation industry
Cone shaped flow pattern is ideal for potholing applications
• inlet connection thread: 1/2 inch NPT(F)
• minimum inlet pressure: 69 bar (1000 psi)
• maximum inlet pressure: 220 bar (3200 psi)
• maximum water temperature: +82ºC (180ºF)
Materials:
• housing material: stainless steel
• coating material: Urethane
• nozzle tip and seat material: Tungsten Carbide
Performance:
• Ripsaw blasts a 0° straight water stream at up to 220 bar (3200 psi) while rotating at an optimal speed to provide an 18° cone of coverage
• cone-shaped flow pattern is ideally suited for potholing applications
Durability:
• heavy duty, high impact nozzles are constructed with a stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide wear surfaces
• withstand harsh environments and provide longer life than ceramic nozzles
• repair kits are also available for extended life and lower operating costs
Safety:
• non-conductive urethane coating on the nozzle body protects users and sensitive underground utilities
• nor use in extreme environments including frost, shale, and other rocky conditions
Efficiency:
• greater impingement allows you to complete jobs faster or use a smaller nozzle size while getting the same impact as nozzles with higher flow rates
Testimonial:
The Ripsaw HD that I have been currently using is amazing!
I now have over 700 hours on it, and the cover still looks great
I was operating this nozzle at winter’s end, so it has been through all conditions from thick frost, road pack, and very rocky conditions
